What do you think?

Hey!

When I write stories, I'll post them up here to read.

Right now, I'm writing a long story with chapters like Taylor ,so I'll publish them a chapter at a time.

I still need a name for the blog so suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Just so you know this is totally fictional, none of it is real.

In chapter 1, I'm mainly describing where Lily lives.
Chapter 1 Lily

My parents are divorced and I've never met my dad before. My parents pretty much hate each other. My mom says my dad is fancy pants rich. We aren't rich, but we aren't poor either so we’re okay.

Our house is just big enough for the two of us. It’s got two bed rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a living room. We have a garden out front and out back,we have a small pond, flowers, and a tire swing. In one of the trees, I have a clubhouse.

To call the clubhouse small might be a little bit of an understatement. It has a trundle cot, a table, two chairs, a cupboard or two, an overhead light, and a chest full of blankets and stuff for sleep-overs. No bugs or rain get in because my mom built it really good. The door has a lock and so does the window because my mom doesn't want me stolen in the middle of the night.

I'd tell you about my dad and his house, but as you know I've never seen either. Lets get on with the story.

It's summer time in blank and I'm eating a bowl of Cookie Crisp.

"Hey honey."my mom greets me as she walks in the room.

"Hey." I say in between bites.

"How would you feel about a sister?" she asks as she runs her hand through her shiny blonde hair.

"You’re joking, right? You don’t even have a boy friend." I say.

"I know, but you could have a sister that lives with your dad, like a twin." she answers.

"But I don't." I reply.

As I lift my spoon to my mouth she says quietly "You do."

I stop. "What is this a joke?!"

"No, she lives with your dad and I'm asking because she'll be staying with us for a while. I'm picking her up Saturday." Mom replies. It's

Today is Thursday.

"No way! I'm gonna be a sister!" I've always wanted to be a sister, of course I've always imagined my sibling being younger than me, but oh well.

"How long will she be staying with us?" I ask.

"Well, school's about to start soon right? So till next summer, then you'll go to her place. " my mom answers.

"Cool, I can't wait!" I said.

As I ran up stairs I thought about all the things we would do. Stay up late and talk, do so many fun things together and she would be just like me.

So wrong, That’s what I was. So wrong.

Please send me stars and wishes!
